4wdID Certification* is an internal 4wdID training record and learning-stage marker based on 4wdID course standards, completed training records, authorised delivery and platform rules. It is used only within the 4wdID system for learning progression, benefit recognition and record verification. It is not a national vocational qualification, statutory driver-training completion certificate, administrative licence, government credential, third-party regulatory certification, road-driving eligibility, work eligibility, competition eligibility or insurance underwriting guarantee.4wdID Certification* refers to 4wdID's internal training-completion record and learning-stage status under 4wdID course standards and platform rules. It is not a government licence, national vocational qualification, statutory driver-training certificate, administrative permit, or official third-party certification, and it does not grant road-driving, employment, professional, competition, or insurance eligibility.

A 4wdID completion record is more than a course completion proof of attendance.
Every 4wdID Student Card, instructor ID, provider ID and course completion record can be recorded and checked through the public verification system. Students, instructors, providers and partners can confirm whether a record exists, whether it is valid and which category it belongs to.

What is a Training Base?
A 4wdID Training Base is an approved venue or partner operation.
A 4wdID Training Base is an approved venue or partner operation where 4WD driver training can be run safely and consistently under 4wdID standards. A base may be an off-road park, overlanding route, destination route, driving school, operator facility or partner venue.
Approval depends on terrain suitability, safety procedures, instructor capability, operating standards and quality review. A partner delivery organisation is the approved operating partner; a Training Base is the site or operating environment where the course is delivered.

Instructors are the people who make the system real
A 4wdID instructor is not simply someone who can drive. They must understand the course, run the standard, manage risk, complete sign-off and work with 4wdID and Training Bases to deliver training properly.
